How many lives have you got?

 I wrote Life Number Nine when I realised just how many disasters I’d managed to survive…..first two lives were bright and shiny and innocent, then it all went downhill faster than a cat falling off a balcony till i had a pit stop at Number Eight and managed to squeeze belatedly into Life Number Nine. Which is actually pretty sweet. Better late than never.

Number one I’d just begun

Number two it was still brand new

Number three had me runnin’ up a tree

Number four I was back for more

Number five more dead than alive

Number six had to learn new tricks

Number seven was my nine-eleven

Number eight I had to get it straight

But life number nine is mine all mine all mine
